Consistently, and I really mean this, consistently the dirtiest, foulest toilets I’ve ever seen. You feel like showering after you’ve been in there

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tesco. Two members of staff(Indian), one male and one female, were extremely rude and unhelpful towards us. When we asked for help finding items, they did not seem interested in assisting us and made us feel as though we were not valued as customers. The attitude came across as arrogant and disrespectful, which made the whole experience unpleasant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff about the importance of treating every customer with courtesy and respect.

African Security Guard rude and disrespectful - Absolutely appalling experience at Tesco Extra Reading. The behaviour of the security guard towards customers is rude, intimidating and completely unprofessional. The way he speaks to customers is unacceptable and showed a complete lack of basic courtesy and respect. Security staff are there to make customers feel safe, not uncomfortable or intimidated. Tesco management seriously needs to investigate this individual’s behaviour and reconsider whether he is suitable to work in a customer-facing role. If this is how customers are going to be treated, Tesco needs to take immediate action. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
