  Thanks God. I lost my wallet there, just near the shop closed at 4pm today (Sunday). I returned an hour later. A yellow jacket staff led me to the in-store lady staff, and she managed to helpand to recover my wallet right away. They are my life savers and I don't know how to thank all of them behind helping me. This store itself, is a very large one with great varieties. Today a staff at the smartshop till sorted out my technical issues promptly and professionally.

  No regard for public safety. Fire escape constantly blocked by trolleys.

  Nice service at the self check out by Owen I think his name was sorry if it’s wrong couldn’t remember to well as I was in a rush, a true example of customer services and was looking after my stuff at the checkout as I forgot the crisps for my little one! A true gem to Tesco Napier Road

  You can find almost everything for your daily life under one roof, on the top of the staff is really helping so I always prefer to do shopping at Tesco Reading extra with a great experience😊

  Disgusting. The staffs behaviour made my trip horrible. Please Tesco do a course on politeness because your store staff need it generally horrible experience and all your staff members that served me on checkout and self checkout are petty and not nice. They treated me like poo on their shoe just because I had my club card on the app and not in person they refused to let me use it. Absolutely horrible. If your planning on going to Tesco dont go to this on the staff are unpleasant.
