  We regularly order from this store via Whoosh, and for the nth time, we’ve received bread and bakery items that expire the very next day. The Tiger Bread top was so dry it couldn't even be squeezed—it was literally like a piece of stone. It happens way too often that they dump their worst-quality stock on delivery customers, taking advantage of the fact that we aren't picking the items in person. They just hand the lowest quality items to the driver. Absolutely ridiculous.

  I visited this store today before 9:00 a.m., and there was no fresh bread available—no rolls, croissants, pastries, or even a fresh baguette. The fruit and vegetable section was also poorly stocked, and there was only one member of staff on the shop floor. Unfortunately, this is not a one-off occurrence. I live nearby, and on my days off I would love to buy a fresh pastry or baguette to enjoy with my morning coffee, but it’s always a gamble. I’ve visited at different times—before 8:00 a.m., around 8:00 a.m., between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m., and even at 9:00 a.m.—yet the situation is consistently the same. Another concern is that empty cardboard boxes are often left on the floor while shelves are being restocked. This creates an unnecessary safety hazard for customers and makes the shopping experience feel untidy and poorly managed. I hope the store can improve both its morning stock availability and housekeeping standards, as it has the potential to provide a much better shopping experience.

  Prices are always wrong. I get home and look at the receipt and the club card prices for some items haven’t been taken off. They don’t change the display tickets. Just poor maintenance.

  9:30 AM. No rolls or croissants. They hadn't even cleaned up after yesterday's bread. Dirty, very rude service. When I asked about the rolls and croissants, the Asian employee replied, "Very rude, there's no time for that." I don't understand why the salespeople are so unreliable. After all, it's their customers who bring the store profits by buying their products.
