  Shouting at the customer when the customer asked where there order is as had been waiting an hour and 45 minutes. When order was received having waited 2hours and five minutes the food was cold and needed reheating. They had given us the wrong drink had ordered Pepsi and received water. They denied all and hung up on the customer after shouting again at the customer. Very rude service and will never be returning to the food service again , and advise others to choose somewhere else.
