- NJNeil JarvisMar 30, 20261.0Staff here are very rude and unprofessional. I picked up a cleaning product and it began leaking over my hand. This was an issue in itself as it contained chemicals (luckily it didn’t have a corrosive reaction). I informed the woman working the post office counter and, rather than say “I’m very sorry Sir, let me take that from you” … she simply said “That’s the shop” (meaning it was nothing to do with her and I had to give it to the man stood right beside her!). I replied, “Well what do you want me to do with it?”. “Give it to him,” was her blunt reply. I then informed the man stood next to her. He just took the product, looked at it, and put it down. Didn’t say a word to me. And no apology from either staff member. These guys don’t know what it takes to deliver decent, friendly and professional service to a local community. Given Tesco Express and Waitrose are next door, they need to up their game.
