  Review will be a bit late as i have just only found out how to leave reviews but i highly recommend this place due it its calming and soft atmosphere. the coffee was standard and impressive. amazing service from staff too.

  Extremely long wait times. Over 20 minutes for two coffees. A pot of tea and a potatoe. We couldn’t wait any longer and requested a refund.

  Went to go but thete was only 30 min parking so didn't see the point in stopping for coffee and cake as didn't want to risk a ticket. Looked nice tho.

  Great service, chill atmosphere, but the food quality could use some improvement; the menu is almost entirely heated via a microwave.

  Grumpy, rude and inattentive staff. Poorly organised. Despite having several members of staff took a long time to have two iced coffees made. Paid for oat milk and received regular milk. A lack of basic processes. ****** UPDATE ***** Following the response from Esquire Coffee a few additional points.... Our visit wasn't on the 30th May, it was on Sunday 31st. The transaction was timed at 11:53. We ordered two drinks and two cakes. Not eight. I'm also somewhat concerned that you feel Google should allow you to upload CCTV footage and receipts - I would imagine this is in breach of data protection law in this case.
