  Worst ever pizza, it’s new Classico chicken and pesto pizza , tastes so bad like cow dung drizzled on top of an average pizza. Without that worst pesto sauce drizzled on top it would have tasted average. Worst ever. Puking bad!

  I ordered a Classic Cheese Pizza for my son, but unfortunately the pizza we received this time was very poor in quality and not what I expected. I called the store and reported the issue. I was then asked to send a photo, which I did immediately. However, it has now been over 20 minutes and I have received no response or update. I have been a loyal customer of this store for the last 8–9 years and have ordered regularly without any issues. This is the first time I have made a complaint, and I am very disappointed with how it has been handled. I expected better customer service, especially as a long-standing customer. This experience has seriously affected my confidence in the store, I will not be ordering from here again. What a shame.
