  If you actually want full service, avoid the 2 brown women who work here. One lies upon my first visit, saying that they had nothing I could afford when they were displaying entirely free items. The one this morning refused to sell me a vape, while her colleague was more interested in an accident that happened yesterday. So I got a Morrison's Fee eliveroo for 72p instead of not getting £6.99.

  Shocking post office service, supposed to open at 9 and waiting here gone 0920. Staff at counters not even acknowledged the queue and no apologies haha!

  Poor customer service. Had a very unpleasant experience with a Scottish man this morning. I must say I have previously always had good customer service. I put my basket down at the till and he rudely told me to move it while he cleaned. He further cleaned the till while I was standing waiting to be served, when I politely said I am really sorry I am in a rush to get back to make my children breakfast he replied rudely again and said he had a job to do. I thought yes serve customers at the till and deliver a good customer service experience. Later I phoned to complain and he answered to which he gave me a mouth full and hung up on me. We all have bad days and unfortunately coming to this store today I clearly had to experience this individual's behaviour. Not a pleasant experience.

  Since they started taking Deliveroo orders, I'm getting the wrong versions of the items delivered. Not really on.
