  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Burger King Reading Gateway (Order #8433). I placed my order at approximately 18:38 and waited over 12 minutes for my food. I understand that restaurants can be busy and delays can happen. If there had simply been a queue ahead of me, I would have accepted that without complaint. However, after waiting for a considerable time, I approached a member of staff to ask about my order. I was told that my order would be prepared immediately. Shortly afterwards, another customer approached the same staff member regarding their order. Despite the staff member being fully aware that I had already been waiting and had just spoken to them, they chose to prepare and serve the other customer’s order first. My issue is not the waiting time itself. My issue is that I was ignored after already raising my concern, while another order was prioritised ahead of mine. When I raised this with the manager, I was given explanations about food items not being ready. However, from where I was standing, I could clearly see what was happening and I found the explanation unconvincing. I was not seeking free food, vouchers or compensation. I simply expected fair treatment and better customer service. This was one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences I have had in a long time.

  Onion rings No flavour as such , bit burnt and too bland. Fries were ok. Burger was fine. No flavour as such.

  Asked for money when I asked for extra cups... never seen it in my life... teach your staff better customer service

  Nice, clean, attentive staff. All food was made well and hot.
