You would think that when you place an order, especially something you are collecting at a drive through and then taking home the a bit of effort would go into making sure the order is correct, but unfortunately with this establishment the order is just a guideline… what you actually get in the bag is a mystery until you get home, especially with Happy Meals, getting a happy meal with all components present has become the exception rather than the rule and although I don’t really want to have to go through every single item at the collection window I have found items missing so many times when getting home that unfortunately I no longer have a choice… I mean I understand that sometimes the alternative side is unavailable so it’s replaced by fries, but when you post extra for a fruit bag you expect it, when you order a cheeseburger happy meal you expect the burger! But at this place that is not a given. The whole attitude just reeks of staff that really can’t be bothered…

Staff are so slow and don’t want to be there. Always missing food or other items. Even with deliveries. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
