- ASann saunders2 days ago1.0Ordered 2 burgers and 1 small chips plus 2 latte today. Time 14.40 not really busy inside. When food arrived at table chips were stone cold burgers were barely warm. Lattes however were hot. Not really good enough.

- PBPatrick BondSep 12, 20261.0This used to be a decent McDonald's but since a recent refit it is in the running for the worst McDonald's in the Northern Hemisphere. Management are too lazy to put out any delivery points,so you pre-order via the app only to find there are no click and collect points. Even if there were you wouldn't get any food because they mark the food as delivered even though there is nowhete to deliver it to. You can always go in to find anything hot has gone cold and anything cold has melted. That's assuming you can safely traverse the empty boxes and food on the floor or spilling of the empty tables. The toilets are like a Halloween Andrex Commercial with wet toilet paper strewn across the floor. I thought being new I would give them a second chance. Same issue no click and collect points. Forcing double the amount of cars to try and get through the drive through. Turning right into the drive through is impossible and turning left has a que back out onto the industrial estate. Causing gridlock so others can't get to the cinema or other restaurants. The only positive is on the opposite side of the road is a KFC that I hadn't visited much before. Now I head straight there better milkshakes, better burgers and the ability to get through the drive through in under an hour, Amazing!
