  Visited the store yesterday around 17:50, done a bit of shopping with my friend. My friend was purchasing a bottle of Prosecco for her step mum, I paid for my things at self selection and started walking out as I was going to meet her back in the car. She called me and said this extremely rude member of staff wants me ID too. I explained I’m not the one buying it (regarding the fact we are both evidently over the age to buy alcohol due to the fact we both have our legs and arms tattooed) I went out to my car and got my ID showed her it. The bottle was tagged so I said we need to get the tag off. She then proceeded to ask us for a receipt saying she can’t de-tag it, so we said you just served us both and ID us both we have paid for it you literally watched us pay for it. She then got very argumentative with us being very rude and arrogant she took the bottle took us to a separate till my friend was told to “put her club card down” She then printed off the receipt and huffed and puffed when she had to take the tag off? Appalling customer service.
