- SSSadlazzleJul 16, 20261.0Ordered from them multiple times in the last 3 months, and they’ve forgotten items 6 times. One just last week, and again tonight! It’s unacceptable and a badly run branch of your store. I mean, for starters you hardly stock any actual products that people want to buy. Your store is constantly full of items that no one wants, and your systems are never up to date with what’s in stock or out. But that’s another issue. Your delivery system is quite awful, and frankly I feel sorry for the staff because they don’t seem to know what’s going on either. Because of how you’ve changed your system, to NO LONGER INCLUDE RECEIPTS WITH DELIVERIES by the way, it’s now impossible to see your receipt and check it against the items you have or haven’t received for at least a full five minutes AFTER you’ve had to accept the delivery. Sort your management out, absolute shambles. I would recommend taking your business literally anywhere else.

Also good to see Co-op milk is still 4 pints size. Some other stores such as Spar, sell in in 2 litre bottles which look similar but is over 10% smaller.
