  Not the best place to eat. Food was just about edible and not very hot. No seats in restaurant so we had to sit over the other side. Not very clean or pleasant to sit in. Drinks took a long time to be ordered and staff not very happy.

  Lovely restaurant nice staff just ashame its closing to the public. Dont think it will do the restaurant any good just for people staying at the premier inn ! Think al beefeaters should of found a way to stay in business as such good food and somewhere to go and have a drink if you are travelling from day to day or just want to pop in for a quiet drink and a snack even . All our pus are closing for good soon there be no where to go !

  We ate here tonight and our server Tiffany was very professional and friendly. I was worried with myself being a coeliac that it wouldn’t be safe but she reassured me they would make sure areas were cleaned and my food prepared safely. The food was amazing and all enjoyed eating here! Thank you Tiffany and chefs for a wonderful evening!

  It was the second time that Shaunagh has served us and nothing was too much trouble. Shaunagh is a credit to the Longbow. She is amazing at her job. Such a shame that the Longbow is closing down. It has always been my favourite restaurant.

  Host was friendly, all staff were very attentive, Lauren was our server. We never had our refillable drinks run out once. Steak was cooked to perfection, short wait on food too which was good. Very welcoming and great service from staff and great food, would highly recommend.
