- NJNathan Jones5 days ago1.0Arrived at McDonald's with the kids in which we placed our order my youngest boy was really excited to have the world cup meal when it arrives with a cup in which I ordered one so he would have two. When it arrived one cup looked open and in which I took this back to ask to change when I was approached buy the manager called Zander. Who was extremely rude and point blank was accusing me of lying when mentioned all I wanted was to change the mug as it's been open he then replied IL take the cup back but I'm not giving you a new one as your lying and laughed. Very rude and unprofessional should never be a manager in my eyes the way he dealt with things. Top it all off food was freezing in which he made me feel as if I couldn't take it back as I would of been laughed at again so waste of £38 . I wouldn't recommend the place as mentioned very rude.
