  Today there was an incident where my son knocked over all the blue tokens in the store by accident. I picked up the bowl up that holds the tokens, and my son picked up a few of the tokens and put them back. There was 0 communication between the staff towards myself or my son considering there were 3 staff members stood there. My son and I are both autistic and as you can imagine it was a very stressful time for us both. One of the lady’s who was picking up the tokens (she’s was the largest out of all the lady’s) said ‘wow’ as soon as I walked off and a couple of other remarks as well. I will apologise on my behalf for not helping pick them up. Like I said for an autistic person it is a very stressful situation, which did cause me to leave the store crying, due to lack of empathy and communication. As for your staff members, especially the larger lady, she needs training on neurodiverse customers and needs training for her communication skills.

  Members of staff on till very rood no manners through items after scan young lad no communication i am Tesco regular customer for last 21 years this time experience is awful

  Very expensive compared to other supermarkets the charge a premium because of the name.

  A large Tesco with a large café. The café service is good but the café itself like an air hangar with chairs and tables. All the natural light comes from windows high up so despite its breezy size it can feel a bit claustrophobic. The store itself is a well-stocked, busy Tesco with no real surprises. The car park is a bit of a nightmare mainly because so many drivers ignore or don’t understand one way systems and no entry signs.
