  Title: Unacceptable, aggressive staff behaviour – Avoid this branch! My wife and I had a shocking experience at the Subway in Kingsway Retail Park, Rochdale. We ordered 4 subs and explicitly stated multiple times that we wanted them as meals. The female staff member serving us completely ignored this and only charged us for individual subs. When I checked the order after paying and politely reminded her that we had asked for meals, she completely lost her temper. Instead of fixing the mistake professionally, she became visibly angry and aggressively threw our receipt directly into the bin right in front of us. When I immediately asked to speak to the store manager to report her behaviour, she dismissively and rudely snapped that the manager was not there. Thankfully, another member of staff stepped in, diffused the situation, and corrected our order, but the female employee continued to be hostile. Paying customers should never be subjected to such aggressive and angry outbursts simply for pointing out a mistake. Throwing a customer's receipt in the bin is incredibly unprofessional. The franchise owner needs to review the CCTV for the till area and retrain or discipline this employee immediately. Unacceptable service.

  The man who took my order he was nice and friendly. I had ham cheese toastie with some lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn, and a Coke zero hash brown and crisps they would taste amazing recommend coming here if you want to Want Subway sandwich

  No good behaviour no good service west time to much when i was going this location subway and take it ouder after when i was eating no good test little bit smell no use gloves i con't like it
