  I usually wouldn’t do this but this really bothered me today because this was just straight up not necessary what so ever but I usually have a great customer service experience in this store but today I went in around 20 to 7ish and I was shopping in the clothing section for my baby and was on the look out for a 0.5 or 0.1 tog and couldn’t find any less than 1.5 so I thought I’d find someone to ask and this young lad working on the sales section I went over and asked “do use happen to sell any 0.5 or 0.1 togs”and without even a second of me finishing my sentence I get a straight up very blunt no repeatedly just kept getting a no even when I stopped asking he carried on saying no over and over very bluntly until I said okay er thanks and then he carried on doing what he was doing the no isn’t the issue if he had said no I would have responded with okay no worries thank you but it was the way he was saying it to me repeatedly just very unnecessary and left me feeling uncomfortable and I struggle with anxiety so asking in general was difficult for me but for a EMPLOYEE to treat me like that was just not right at all definitely has sort of put me off wanting to shop there

  Solid supermarket, helpful staff. Good parking, and a great selection of gluten-free food/beer.

  A lovely very helpful man helped my mam with buying her new mobile phone, he took the time to do the transfer of everything on to the new phone. She thought he was amazing 🤩
