  I just wanted to share my honest review of dominos in guisborough, about 1 month ago me and my mum decided to go here for a gluten free pizza, (mums gluten free) I am disabled, I collected my mum and we drove to dominos. Guisbrough as we have done (many times) as she likes the gluten free pizza there we always get the same and it’s always ok for her and her stomach, we have done this many times before, pizza is always delicious. We went in got to the till and asked for a gluten free pizza, and the guy behind the till said we cannot take that order at the till (Although we have done this many times before literally at the till as we don’t have the app) online only. I am disabled and I am unsure how to work the app which I got told to download and order it on there. I have short term memory loss and don’t find this easy to do, no help was given off the staff member so we couldn’t do it. The guy said the manager (she) told us we cannot take gluten free pizza orders at the till. (6x maybe more we have done this before) so I just said well we will have to go somewhere else then, he wasn’t bothered at all and the manager lost a sale and customers, 👍🏻. If you look on Google it also says (Yes, you can order a gluten-free Domino's pizza at the till for collection) personally they just couldn’t be bothered doing it in my opinion (lazy) it is a bit more complicated then a normal pizza I guess but it’s still custom and that’s what matters in today’s climate. ‘’ we went and had a nice chicken tikka masala at weatherspoon’’ which we didn’t want to do but also didn't have a choice.

  Ordered a pizza for delivery never had delivery before but driver named Sophie was brill very kind will definitely order again

  Dear Domino’s Team, I would like to share some very positive feedback about a member of your team named Leon. During my recent order, Leon provided truly brilliant service. He was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole interaction. It’s not often that you come across someone who delivers such a great customer experience, and Leon really stood out. He made the process smooth and pleasant, and his attitude reflected very well on Domino’s as a brand. Team members like Leon are a big reason customers keep coming back.

  Shocking experience ordered large pizza came with no jalapeños on it and un-cut. Rang up and they sent a new pizza out this time someone in store got excited with the jalapeños and loaded it this time but some how forgot the chicken this. I will never be ordering from this place again it’s like a lucky dip on what pizza will arrive.
