  Mango Habanero wings had the perfect sweet-spicy kick and the Voodoo fries were unreal. Clean place, nice atmosphere and great service from Monis.

  Loved the food today — Garlic Parmesan wings, Cajun corn and Voodoo fries were all spot on. The restaurant was clean, music was good and Monnies was so welcoming.

  Monnies was really friendly and helped us choose the flavours. The Garlic Parmesan wings were so good and the Voodoo fries were probably my favourite part.

  Echoing the same as what many people review here. Food is really good, inconsistent with portioning and seasoning but that’s pretty similar with all takeaways. Staff are always polite when serving and that’s to be commended. What really lets this place is the operational side. I’ve had many issues with incorrect orders… consistent missing items. What makes it more interesting is usually they’ll read out your order in person but fail to check that everything was packed? Okay when you’re in store (even though they don’t apologise) but detrimental when it’s a delivery and you’re missing half your meal. I’m not sure how they manage to get it so wrong so many times it really is a shame on what is good food. You can almost guarantee as the receipt on the takeaway bag only has half of the products ticked which you’d think, don’t send out until all has been ticked and checked but no half is ticked and only half comes. Overshadows it really hence the 2 star. If this wasn’t an issue for sure it’s a 4/5 most days and some 5/5 but when you’re buying a takeaway which is as expensive as going out to a restaurant and rarely getting your full order is beyond disappointing. Don’t waste your time getting a delivery go in person.

  The service here is honestly embarrassing. We have eaten in and ordered delivery numerous times, and I cannot remember the last time they managed to get the order completely right. It does not matter whether you order two items or ten. Something is nearly always missing, incorrect, or forgotten. Delivery has become a complete lottery. You open the bag genuinely expecting to find that one, two, or sometimes several items have not been included. This is not the occasional human error. It is a repeated failure to carry out one of the most basic parts of the job. Take the order, prepare the food, check it, and put the correct items in the bag. Somehow that process seems to consistently fall apart. What makes it even more frustrating is that the food is actually good. Unfortunately, that means very little when the service is so unreliable that you cannot trust them to provide what you have paid for. After giving this place chance after chance, there really is no excuse for it anymore. The lack of basic checking and attention to detail is appalling. If you order delivery, I would strongly recommend checking every single item before the driver leaves because based on our experience, there is a very good chance something will be missing. Good food, absolutely shocking service.
