- AAAndy4 days ago1.0Corporate greed in force now, the machines are taking over to save them a few quid from their already overpriced goods (£7 for a box of cat food!)..it's all gone self checkout now bar 2 human ones. Ironically several of the machine ones I saw had red lights with customers waiting for a staff member to come and fix it. Staff P45s inbound, the days of personal customer service are over.

Same happened again and again countless times They definitely need new staff!

Went there today and didn’t have our club card so just used the screenshot on my phone which I’ve been doing pretty much every time I’ve been in there. Not today though as they refused to accept screen shot. Staff were rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Won’t be shopping there again due to the total jobsworth attitude. Absolutely pointless and a sure way to get your customers to go elsewhere
