    Subway at Hampton Center, Peterborough A terrible experience. There were stacks of boxes everywhere and the floors were dirty, so I already had a bad feeling about the place. Unfortunately, I was right. I waited almost half an hour for my order, and when I saw that newly arrived customers were being served before me, I asked where my order was. The staff member actually started shouting at me just for asking about it. I couldn't understand why. It was a horrible experience. There is absolutely no respect or even basic courtesy shown to delivery drivers/partners at this location.

    Placed a click-and-collect order that included sharer nachos and snack nachos, and it was absolutely shocking. Both items together cost nearly £10, yet the portions were disgusting. Despite being two different sizes, they were exactly the same portion. Each had maybe 10 crisps at most, with the bottom of the box full of crumbs. To make it worse, both nachos were missing the cheese, and so was the footlong. We didn’t remove or alter anything from the order, it was prepared incorrectly. There was also barely any salsa, which makes the price even more ridiculous. Charging that much for a handful of crisps and a smear of salsa is honestly a joke. What makes this even worse is the calorie information. The sharer nachos are listed as 958 calories, but the portion I received wouldn’t even come close, I estimated it at under 400 calories maybe even 300 since it had no cheese too…. That just highlights how far off the portion size was compared to what’s advertised. I contacted the store and was completely ignored, and now I can’t even get a refund. This isn’t a one-off either I’ve had multiple issues with missing items from this place when the same staff members were there and also didn’t get a refund then either!     ordered a tuna salad with double meat, the salad had no cheese as well and only a few leaves. they gave me hashbrowns and wrote a little sorry thing. why let me order tuna and not mark it off on deliveroo as unavailable the hashbrowns were cold too

    absolutely terrible. the place smelt horrible as did my food once i received it. nobody in this restaurant clearly cares about what they are doing. I was appalled to see out of control customers and staff even absent from the front of the store. I had to wait a while for my sub just for it to be dry and flaky with next to no ingredients at all. horrible place.

    Absolutely unbelievable this place is. last time I came here the gave me frozen chicken and they have done it again which is surprising because you can eat frozen chicken it doesn’t take two brain cells to know that and they always forget the sauce i don’t know how it’s on a piece of paper in front of them but that’s too much clearly 👍👍👍👍
