- SZSidra ZaidAug 11, 20261.0My time at ben and Jerry's was absolutely terrible. The waiter treated us like we were garbage off the road. I went with my children and the lady working continuously gave us all attitude the whole way through . During our first couple of minutes we all tried to ignore it but as we ignored it, the problem grew bigger. My youngest son is severely allergic to nuts and when we asked wether there was any nuts she told us to wait and how she kept telling us to just use the self order board with a shockingly large amount of attitude. I asked her to treat us like we were customers but she refused and the problem escalated she was yelling and screaming which then caused us to aswell. This is honestly upsetting because i often recommend this place to others but unfortunately today made me think twice. I ended up just paying for one order and left the other. The service was genuinely horrifying and I was astounded by it. I really do hope Ben and jerrys fixes the situation. Thank you.

The staff are friendly & helpful, & the store has a young funky vibe.vi will be taking my pre teen son here. He's so shocked he didn't know about this place till I told him today. 😀
