  Over the years I've visited this BK several times, since high school right up to my late 30's. But I will not return anymore. I don't live far, but my food for the past 4 orders has been cold with the burger barely warm and the chips even colder. Out of those 4 orders, the last 2 have been incorrect with my last order, entirely incorrect. I will not be back, the prices have got ridiculous and if the food is incorrect and cold, what's the point?

  Customer service is a thing of the past and having to order on these machines with a family of 5 is awful. Nothing but issues and then finally had to order at counter. Asked staff for assistance but no one comes to assist they just say do this or do that. So disappointed

  I’m very disappointed with my visit to this Burger King in Dundee. The guest-facing areas were absolutely disgusting and clearly not being cleaned properly. There was litter, used tissues, food debris, and general dirt all over the floor and around the seating areas, which made the whole restaurant feel unhygienic and unpleasant. What is most concerning is that if the customer areas are being left in this condition, it really makes you question what the kitchen and food preparation areas are like behind the scenes. To make matters worse, we paid around £30 for just two burgers, which is far from cheap for a fast food meal. At that price, basic cleanliness should be the minimum standard. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not acceptable for the amount charged. I would not recommend this location unless cleanliness standards improve significantly.

  Avoid if you want hot food in a clean, warm and welcoming environment. I had the misfortune of visiting this establishment. On arrival the doors were wide open when its 5deg outside and no heating on. 15mins from ordering we eventually got our order. Burger was so cold the cheese didn't melt. Burger buns were very small about half the size of the burger. Tables and drinks machine were dirty. Staff were capering around in the kitchen. Manager was busy on their phone. Delivery orders seemed to be prioritised. Suffice to say i will not be repeating the experience.
