  My cousin and his wife recently bought a home in Llanfyllin when they decided to move from the US to Wales. We wanted to surprise them with some housewarming cheer. The manager of their local Spars kindly took our order by phone for a bottle of brandy and personally delivered it to them. They were thoroughly surprised and we are so grateful for that kind service!

  Very convenient given it's one of the only large shops in for a very large area. This being said the staff are lovely but prices are steep. Understandable that a lot of local produce is sold here which usually is a little more expensive but being one of the only big shops in maybe a 10 ish mile radius, you can see that's the reason these are a little more expensive than normal. And that it's also a spar
