  Absolutely disgusting should be closed down , avoid using for months but again burnt cold food , no fries with Happy meal and only 3 chicken nuggets, must have run out of mayo only a smudge on burgers, waste of money

  Well, well well where do i begin.... A busy day requires a full belly so with that in note myself and 2 others set out to the not so wonderful McDonald's franchise in welshpool. I had ordered a large meal and it was of no importance on exactly what I ordered but I digress, the order in question was ordered for table service and I waited 15 minutes for my order. The order was made and ready when a family member made a complaint to query the well overdue waiting time. All things aside not only mine but my other 2 family members meals were STONE cold, also to add there was no cream on the toffe latte which had also been ordered. As well as this disgraceful service I gazed into the kitchen area only to see the crew members and shift manager chatting like it was some rundown youth centre which it had may aswell had been. Furthermore I needed to alleviate my bladder after a long trechorous day of being on the road and the lavatory had the no no hair all over it (have to write this to pass through automated checks) so badly only hair removal cream would have ridden the hair of the lavatory. Sort yourselves out Welshpool McDonald's it is not on, a pheasant has more cognitive skills than these workers. Shameful.

  Food and service as you would expect from a McDonald's but at 8am this morning bins are overflowing, taps in the men's toilets broken, worktop amd sinks in said toilets are filthy. The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever visited

  Waited 40 minutes to be served the food when came out looked like it had been thrown around before being wrapped very poor. Could not put the waste in the bin provided as they where overflowing . The toilets where unclean and smelt degusting Not a pleasant experience

  MCDONALDS WELSHPOOL Raw fries anyone ? Inedible as you can see. It’s always appalling here. Mcplant should have 2 patties SURPRISE only 1 on the burger. giving out Huge jumbo straws NO serviettes & had to ask for the sauces that come with my meal. My morning coffee from here last time was hot chocolate PATHETIC. I’ve had to have a good old moan, because how can McDonalds get everything wrong ? I’ve watched multiple people drive off. I’m normally to polite. Why do I return, well I live in North Wales it’s the only McDonalds on my way to work. If you can get your food prior to Welshpool please do.I never complain but ate half the fries & no more. The pils been changed they said, should have showed her the soggy ones. Utter nonsense!!!! Refunded me I’ve been ROBBED don’t refund me for the extra pattie I didn’t receive. The managers are that useless they can’t even refund you correctly. Disgusting for such a big brand be honest. Embarrassing
