  I asked the women at the till (about 50-60 yo) if she had a members card I could scan. She treated me like I was trying a scam or something and stormed off, didn't try and help me get one or sign in to my account. I didn't know co-op had recently brought that option in to play, and that's what I did. Aren't staff meant to help customers? In the NL, staff scan their own card when asked.

  Having read the previous reviews we were somewhat cautious as to what sort of reception we might receive as visitors to this area. However, I am happy to report that after checking each member of staff I came across as to how they responded to a 'hello!' and a simple, typical query such as 'do you have any avocadoes'? All staff members present were welcoming, amiable, polite and in the most part... Very helpful. Of particular note was Kyle who not only confirmed that they had avocadoes, but actually went out back, got a packet, and then located us within the store to present them to us. He seemed like a hell of a nice guy who does a lot of work for charity! As documented by the photo of him doing a fun run for local causes. All joking aside- everyone was nice and the shop was a typical and well stocked co op. Not sure what Laura was on about - although she obviously goes there a lot more than us so is probably more knowledgeable about the staff than we are! :) that or they've sacked all the moody ones in the last 7 months.
