  Toilets not working and this problem seems to be ongoing. Only disabled toilet open and everyone from Greggs across the road and the 2 petrol stations seems to be going in to use them.

  Really not good at all, staff where chaotic, kiosks not working. Place was very unclean, no staff seemed to be using gloves to handle food. They appeared to be bickering amongst themselves and they where unclean (apron/uniform covered in food), also a dirty mattress in the car park. Had to turn around, would not recommend eating here.

  Food was what you expect from.a burger king. Service was fine. Was somewhat frustrated with the fact all the toilets where out of order but staff where clearly letting friends use them suggesting the weren't actually out of order. Cleanliness was way below what you would normally expect from a burger king.

  Not very clean floor covered in rubbish … tablets wasn’t cleaned rubbish’s left on tables and food .. toilets was shut but they let me use the disable toilet it was stinking in there wee over the seats toilet paper over the floor sink dirty

  Asked to use Taste card. Was told I'm not allowed to use it on a melt box, which I've done for years, because it was a coupon even though it wasnt a coupon and I never even touched the app or offers section, just the regular menu. So then changed it to a texas bbq which is a lot more and they didn't give me anywhere close to the 25% off I'm supposed to get. They gave me £1.17 off. Absolute joke.
