  Food can be a bit hit and miss here. If cooked fresh it’s delicious but on more than one occasion I have had a cold double whopper burger (only via drive thru have never been in store) fries and halloumi always very nice and hot.

  Needed food after a long drive. Were astonished at the high prices a pub would have been better value for less money.

  Visiting the area and stopped for dinner here. It's been a long time since we have had a Burger King that tasted as nice as here. The burgers were not only fresh but well made despite being the busy dinner time. The fries were amazing as well. So well cooked. Honestly so good that we just had to leave positive feedback.

  Mitchel was helpful when the self service printer failed! Food served far faster than I’m used to at McDonald’s, but then again, there’s major roadwork adjacent and I was the only person being served. It was nice not to be left waiting though! The self service till was confusing with ‘add no - name of ingredient’. McDonald’s options are easier to work. 35p for a sauce - McDonalds give those out. I was happy to have onion rings rather than chips, but they weren’t crispy, instead rather sad floppy rings. The burger (Mandalorian Whopper meal) was good and better than expected. Expensive when the food is not served as described/expected. Floppy rings, I’m looking at you!

  Me and my son visited here on our way down to Newport. On arrival there was a woman shouting at a nember of staff, and blaming her for contacting a manager saying we was just in the staff room. This woman wore a name badge stating she was a shift manager Hollie. She took the phone from the African woman, and continually scolded her, swearing constantly and marching back and forth and saying she cant understand why she continually puts up with this job and how happy she is to not be working tomorrow (Friday). The African woman was Tendai, her phone was removed from her, she was sweated at, made to look small in front of staff and customers continually. Another female customer that was waiting for her food was speaking with me and my son and was equally shocked at the behaviour of Hollie. Oliver seemed to be encouraging Hollie and the two were marching back and forth, shaking heads, swearing and cursing about the whole situation, all whilst customers are waiting for food, and new customers arriving and wondering what's going on. The whole time Tendai remained quiet said nothing and just continued working. It took 30 mins for my order to be ready. I was so appealed and shocked by the behaviour of Hollie the shift manager that I asked for her name when she walked past and I told her how she needs to apologise to Tendai. This needs addressing! It was harassment, bullying and belittling how Hollie was treating Tendai. When I aske Oliver about the situation, he tried to justify Hollies actions saying Tendai deserved it. Im sorry, but no matter what Tendai could have done, shouting and swearing and confiscating her phone whilst she is working, because she contacted a manager to say Hollie and Oliver are jo where to be seen is absolutely out of order. I hope this review finds a manager and Hollie and Oliver are dealt with or removed from the establishment. All Hollie and Oliver kept trying to tell me was how little staff they had and they was expected to do so much. If Hollie and Oliver actually did work, instead of marching around and slamming doors swearing, then the place would be cleaner and customers woul ld be fed there food.
