  If i could put a 0 star i would! Really disappointing experience. The restaurant was covered in rubbish and generally looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. The toilets were absolutely disgusting and not at all what you would expect from a well-known fast-food chain. The service was just as disappointing. The staff were rude and unwelcoming, and when the issues were raised, the excuse was that they were short-staffed. I completely understand that being short-staffed can make things difficult. However, I have personally worked in a fast-paced establishment while being short-staffed, and we still made the effort to smile, be polite and treat customers with respect. Being understaffed may explain why things take longer, but it shouldn’t be an excuse for poor hygiene or rude customer service. I left feeling very disappointed with the whole experience. Hopefully management takes the feedback seriously and addresses both the cleanliness of the restaurant and the attitude towards customers.

  Staff unprofessional and complain about being short staffed , Drive thru is shut at random when it should be open, and on occasions the whole place is shut for no reason,Staff issues?

  Crickey Moses find somewhere else to stop over, the place is absolutely disgusting, caught ourselves emptying a pack of babe wipes just so the kids had somewhere clean to sit & eat

  Place was filthy. Bins overflowing, tables covered in dirty trays, so much so barely any tables were available. Floor was filthy, wait times long, the Order machines had a glitch so that people weren't able to pay for their order with card, creating much confusion for the visitors. Furthermore, the drinks machines were spitting out the wrong drinks. Awful, will not be returning. Hope the BK coming to Aberystwyth isn't as bad as this one, but I wouldn't hold my breath.
