- MHMark HetheringtonAug 9, 20262.0Had a chicken katsu bake. I did not get asked if I wanted it hot so I assumed it would be however, on the first bite I found it just warm. Having previously worked in food preparation products I know if food is not kept above certain temperatures this allows bacteria to grow which can result in an upset stomach or worse. I will not return.

Lots of seating so creates a place for people in Cosham to hang out and socialise which is positive for the community. Has toilets too.

The lady put my items on the counter and the empty carrier bag on the counter, did not pack it for me or give me a chance to pack my own items before serving the next customer. I was visibly trying to carry a parcel and a bag and she showed no regard and I as the customer felt like I had to apologise to the next customer for being in the way. A little patience and customer service here would have made me feel a lot more comfortable.

My mother had a very nasty fall in cosham, this lady got out of her car tended to my mum's leg and arm injuries with a first aid kit she grabbed out of the boot all while chatting with my mum and putting her at ease. She called me and even drove my mum to my house in portsmouth and helped her in to the house. My mum has said when ever she is in Greg's this lady is always friendly and chatty to my mum, my mum even told me today that she saw the same lady sat helping a young girl with hurt knees last week and how she made the girl laugh and my mum says she may look scary to some but she has a beautiful soul. Thank you for looking after my mum. We are eternally grateful, I just wish I thought to get your name or number to thank you for what you have done. There are still good people out there . Thank you
