  Great milkshakes, but arguably worth the price. However, very expensive for a food option, somewhat my fault as I misread the machine and made a double double (4-patty) burger 🤦‍♂️which I didnt find that outstanding and not exceptionally tasty either. The chips were a bit sad and not that pleasant to eat (probably the worst part of the meal I ate). I unfortunately wont be eating from this restaurant again, BUT will definitely be coming back for the odd milkshake here and there.

  Usual 5 guys experience so my be fast food but it's not a cheap experience for the wallet Staff were friendly Could not fault the food. I'm a big fan of the chips Milkshake 🥛 with a combo of strawberry 🍓 banana 🍌 and vanilla is worth ago Wasn't brave enough to try the bacon shake though Place is clean and you get vinegar in a bottle. If I'm in Plymouth and in a hurry this is my go to venue. Tiling / decor may be a bit Marmite for some, but it is a signature look.

  A huge thank you to the fantastic team at Five Guys Plymouth for looking after our group of 103 students and staff from Devonport High School for Boys. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, organised, and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly for such a large group. Their professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free for both our students and staff. We really appreciate all of your hard work and would highly recommend Five Guys Plymouth to any school or large group looking for a well-managed, enjoyable visit. Thank you again – we look forward to visiting again!

  Quiet when we visited, barely a handful of customers, so the wait for two burgers felt oddly long. Not quite sure what was happening behind the counter, but it wasn't speed. Staff weren't unfriendly, just unhurried to the point where you start glancing at the receipt. The food itself was standard Five Guys fare. Burger was fine, messy in the way you expect, the kind of thing that hits the spot without being particularly memorable. Chips were plentiful as always, dumped into the bag with a disregard for portion control that's become their signature. Tasted good enough. Hard to be too critical when the food does what it says on the tin, but there's something a bit deflating about waiting that long in a near empty restaurant.

  Large portion size of fries which was good! Really enjoyed my lettuce burger but wish they added more cheese and pickles! Staff very friendly too!
