  Five Guys is easy to find, located upstairs at the Barcode, facing the back, towards the Barbican. Their burgers are delicious and generous in size! I ordered from the digital screens where you can customise everything. Then they make it up fresh for you. I also ordered regular fries. As it is made fresh after you order, it isn't delivered instantly but the wait is worth it. I had the large cheese burger which came with two burgers plus a few other things. The fries were a very generous portion - basically a large cup full and then another half cup poured into the bag. I couldn't actually eat them all. I was there around 530pm on a Friday and it was very quiet. The food is really good quality but not cheap. My burger was over £11 on its own. However, I would say the quality and size of the portions are worth it and it is much nicer than the other large burger chains in the area. Will definitely be back.

  Me and my girlfriend were sat outside and the restaurant was closing and I am currently injured and in crutches and an employee called Freddy came outside and offered to take our rubbish in for us, gave us a drinks holder so that it would be easier to carry our drinks and a delivery bag so that my girlfriend could easily carry our leftovers while I could use my crutches properly. This was a very kind gesture that helped us as customers and as people. Thank you very much Freddy for being a stand up employee and a great person

  Me and my boyfriend in crutches were sat outside and just before it was shut, Freddie came out and offered us a bag and drinks holder for us as we still had stuff left over and we were about to leave. It was really sweet considering that it is hard for my boyfriend to manoeuvre about at the moment so thank you Freddie!!!

  Ordere take out, milkshake was standing there for the time the burger was made. The girl was not customer friendly at all. The burger was good although the bacon was old, dark and hard. The fries were triple salted. So for a 1 person menu of 26 pounds a threw away a 6 pound melted milkshake and 6 pounds of an hart attack salted fries. Total disaster!
