  I appreciate that at 1am you get what you’re given, but seriously if someone working in a pizza shop can’t cut a pizza properly or even cook it correctly despite it going through a conveyor oven with a fixed cooking time, they probably shouldn’t be working there.

  Made a pizza order over a week ago, called them straight after to change the time which they said they couldn’t do, so we cancelled it and then re-ordered it. Didn’t receive a refund for the one we cancelled and I’ve had to call them 4 times to get my money back. Felt like staff were fobbing us off and requested confirmation when the refund was processed by nothing. Then we called again and they told us to contact head office.
