Hate the clunky self serve menu system, especially when there were 4 staff stood behind the counter twiddling their thumbs.
Once ordered food came in good time. All tasted very fresh and enjoyable. Found burgers more flavourful than Ronalds!

Extremely disappointed with my visit. Food was very nice and filled me up. However the one thing I cannot stand is being forced to use a self service machine. Have we lost standards? Are we no longer human enough to have real interactions? I feel for the poor employees as it seemed throughout the times inbetween things to do they laughed and joked with each other like a family. Dread to think how they must be treated in order to be made to have customers use self service machines.
Lets help fast food employees have better lives. Using self service needs to go out the door, instead it should be recommended not forced. Poor poor employees. Will not return anytime soon.

Most people come to tripadvisor only when they’ve experienced some form of negativity and they only want to complain, I’d like to talk about a positive experience with a real human being. Not someone who’s expected to be a retail-robot and isn’t allowed to defend themself and can only yes-man the absolute worst of customers.
Seeing and experiencing how the staff do their jobs in such a professional yet human way made me want to write this review to let others know how it REALLY is inside that restaurant, so I made an account just for this purpose.
The lady with the blue hair (I think her name was Kate or Katie, I didn’t get a good look at her name badge) informed me with a smile, that I had to order at the touch screen kiosk instead of the counter. She kindly offered to help me but I was fine doing it on my own as I didn’t want to take her away from her duty.
I also give props to their kitchen staff who finished and bagged up my order in no time at all. I sat inside to eat and the burger tasted exactly how it should and there was nothing missing/wrong with my order.
The employees would laugh and joke with each other when there was no pressing work for them to do. Due to this, the atmosphere inside the restaurant was so relaxed and casual that I wouldn’t have minded overstaying my welcome just to watch the staff enjoying their time together.
While I was almost finished with my meal, someone came in and refused to use the kiosk, even when the friendly employee offered to help. The man didn’t scream at her per-say but his words were heavy and harsh and in a way a person with self respect would NOT speak to another human being, especially someone who probably gets enough of that attitude in a customer-facing role.
Fair to her, she defended herself in a way that a human being should and not in a yes-man customer-is-always-right way which has sadly become normalised in a place of work like this.
Eventually she conceded and let him order at the counter, assumedly just to keep him from losing his temper any further than he already had.
I always have a soft spot for people in the fast food industry who are ALWAYS treated like mindless robots so I felt especially bad, but Katie handled the situation as well as she could given the verbal abuse she was receiving and I give her kudos for that.
So in summary:
Friendly staff who don’t pretend to be robots for the sake of lesser people who’d treat them like trash.
Comfortable atmosphere where I didn’t feel unwelcome for even a moment.
Delicious food on par with every other Burger King restaurant I’ve visited.
The only negative I have to say is when I finished my food and went up to the bathroom, there was no soap for me to wash my hands with and because of that I have to take a star off my review
