  Rudest staff I have ever encountered. Called store to politely ask where my order was after it showed as delivered but it hadn't been. The 'manager' was abrupt and cut me off mid sentence. I then received a call from another man who immediately shouted and screamed at me: "I AM HERE! YOU CAN SEE ME! DELIVERY DRIVER!" Sounded really angry and threatening and actually made me scared. He had gone to the wrong address and was clearly very angry about something. I was so shocked at the rudeness, and thought it must be due to a language barrier on his part as surely nobody is that rude and threatening (especially to customers) so wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but funnily enough his tone completely changed when my husband took over the call. Driver clearly has a problem with women/speaks to them as second class citizens. Disgusting attitude and behaviour. I'm sure it's a stressful job but there's no need to take it out on customers (maybe a wee reminder necessary that without customers you wouldn't even have the job/get paid). When the food eventually arrived, it was cold and the security seal was broken, but on a positive note at least the pizzas were actually cooked this time.

  Arrived at 10:51pm (doors were open) on Saturday eve and told that last orders are at 10:50pm, so no pizza for me sadly!

  The pizzas arrivided an hour late since the order was made. Tracking said it was with me already,sadly it wasn't. It has arrived warm and my pizza was very greasy that even the box was greasy too. It tasted awful and made me sick! Went to the bin! No more PJ 4 me!
