- MWMartyn Walker5 days ago2.0Foodwise you know what you are getting with a McDonald's regardless where you visit in the country. Noticeable difference with this location comes down to the speed of service, it was painfully slow. Visited twice once for breakfast and then again for just a drink and fries. The breakfast was ordered and collected inside and took over 20mins of waiting before asking where our food was. We noticed others having to do the same. One order was called, collected and then for some reason they remade it and called it again about 10mins later, of which it just sat there as clearly that person was long gone with the original. The other visit was at the drive through and it looks about as long waiting in the stationary queue. I could of probably got out the car walked to the nearby petrol station bought a coke and still been back in time to collect the order. There was a local event in in Sterling so not sure if they just had dropped the ball on increasing staffing for an uptick in trade or if they are as slow every other day. I can only comment for my visit.
- SDScott Duncan5 days ago1.0Literally the slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in, in my life. Took them about 20 mins to serve 5 cars and no apology. Only went for a double cheeseburger and got about 6 more grey hairs in the process
- SBSamantha Bromley6 days ago1.0Awful, long wait, cold food, ordered the pancakes and received no syrup, already left by the time I realised, lots of staff but unfortunately no clue amongst them, would not recommend at all.
- JMJennie MooreSep 15, 20261.0Waiting far too long for simple orders. Drinks made incorrectly. Absolute waste of a location. Go to Dunkeld Road instead as they are far superior.
- PHPhillip HoustonSep 11, 20261.0First they forgot the nuggets we added to the order, then the staff took forever to serve me when we went back in to point this out and get them provided (it took a supervisor to intervene and sort us out cos the staff behind the counter weren't paying attention), then after driving off we realised the double quarter pounder had been provided as a single... So many errors for such a simple order, not going back.
