  Person who served us was not good. He told my mil they didn't do what she wanted, even though it was clearly on menu, then he said oh yes it's on the breakfast side(which can be ordered all day) I asked for brioche bun, he didn't have a clue, he had no knowledge of the menu at all. We all had our drinks and cakes but then had to wait an age for my mils to be done. Never knew it was so hard to put some granola berry and yogurt into a bowl

  Extremely rude staff. We're a group of 5 friends who've periodically used the cafe to mingle, have coffee and eat. Today, 3 times with increasing intensity, the staff harrased us about a law that meant we need to buy food from the cafe and not Tesco's. The first time, I agreed to buy something from the cafe to defuse the situation. But twice after that they ridiculed my purchase of a drink from their cafe as I continued to eat my meal I had just purchased. 3rd time, the manager had another go at us and made a scene, then asked us to leave. One heck of an attitude problem, obviously a policy to force people to buy from their Caffe and extremely rude to customers. We won't be bringing our friends back there to meet up again. If you (the reader) appreciates a good cup of coffee and a friendly interaction with staff, find a different café.

  Estúpido que não se pode comer o que compras no supermercado Tesco, no café. Mesmo depois de termos comprado bebidas (no café), de forma rude disseram que tinhamos de sair do café.
