- KRkieran rees2 days ago1.0every time i order 20 chicken nuggets i never get my sauce that’s there way of clearly saying then we’re not giving it to you because you orderd online
- DMDavid MorganSep 19, 20261.0Service was absolutely awful today. Had loads of staff on. Waited 20mins whilst my order was preparing, thenbit moved to collect so i went up to the counter to collect, still standing there after 10mins. I enquired about my order because it said collectc10 mins ago. The young man said we are just waiting for nuggets. I said ive been waiting for half an hour, why have you mived it to collect if you still waiting fir nuggets. When i finally got my order 40 mins after ordering i said your service is awful today. Another female server interjected with we are very busy there is a 3 minute wait, i said a 3 minute wait ive been waiting 40 mins. I wouldnt be complaining about a 3 minute wait.I am order 40 and order number 65 has gone out. Their attitude was they couldnt cate less. A lady standing behind me told the staff she would agree that service is bad today. Shocking service and shocking customer service.
- LMLandon MoneySep 19, 20261.0Over 20 mins for 3 burgers and when they came they claimed delay was to clean fillet grill for fish but the state of the greasy fillet suggested this was not true , they seemed clueless disorganised and frankly a shambles
- SRsarah robertsSep 14, 20261.0They rarely ever get the order correct!! Nearly EVERY order has something missing or something wrong with it! My son asked for no lettuce, it said no lettuce on the box but he opened it up to a huge amount of lettuce... I think someone is taking the p.... But unfortunately it's our local! Bad hygiene has also been an issue (sneezing into hands then proceeds to bag the food!!)
