  Nice shop good size has all u need but let down by lack of food in cafe area wanted breakfast all thry had was cake

  Friendly staff and good for value of shopping groceries, also please add more cash self services as some of us don't have credit cards

  While shopping, I took some free apples for my children. A member of staff approached me and removed all four apples, stating that the fruit was only for children walking around the shop and that my 5-year-old was not with me. I found this upsetting and embarrassing. I am a parent of young children, including a 5-year-old and a baby. I do not always bring my daughter shopping with me because she has special needs and shopping environments can be overwhelming for her. I understand staff may need to manage the fruit station fairly, but I felt judged and dismissed as a parent. I was simply shopping for my children and did not expect to be treated in that manner. I hope this feedback can be shared with staff so situations like this can be handled with more understanding and sensitivity in future.
