  ⭐ 1-Star Review – Disappointing Delivery Service and Poor Communication I live just one mile away from Domino’s in Haverfordwest, and because the weather was cold and I didn’t want to leave my home, I decided to place a delivery order. I also paid extra for delivery, expecting my order to be delivered as requested. When placing the order, I clearly specified in the delivery instructions that my order needed to be delivered to the second floor of my building. However, at no point during the ordering process did I receive any notification, message, or warning informing me that the driver would not deliver to the second floor and that I would be required to come downstairs to collect my order. Had I been informed of this beforehand, I would never have placed a delivery order in the first place. I would simply have driven the one mile to the store and collected it myself. To make matters worse, when the driver arrived outside my flat, they called me and said they would not come upstairs for whatever reason, insisting that I come downstairs to collect my food. This completely defeats the purpose of paying an additional delivery fee. I ordered delivery for the convenience of having my food brought to my home, and I made my requirements clear when placing the order. If Domino’s is unable to fulfil those delivery instructions, customers should be informed before completing their orders, not after the driver has already arrived. I am extremely disappointed with both the delivery service and the lack of communication. Customers deserve clear information about delivery limitations before paying for a service that may not be provided as expected. Domino’s needs to improve its communication, delivery procedures, and customer service. Based on this experience, I am very dissatisfied and would expect much better service in the future.

  Nice clean and pleasent store, just shame they don't deliver where I was so had to collect
