  Poor service, rang and made an order, informed it would be 30-40 mins as busy. Rang back as order hadn't been delivered after an hour, to be informed that it had been delivered, then informed there was no order taken(even though money had been taken and amount confirmed), then informed they would re-do my order and it would be 20 mins max, 2 hours later and order still hadn't been delivered.

  I recently ordered a pizza, chicken, and fries from Domino’s. Unfortunately, the fries arrived cold and the chicken did not taste very good and had a strange colour. I wanted to mention this as feedback. My main complaint, however, is about the pizza. I paid for extra toppings, but when the pizza arrived those toppings were missing. I called the store to explain the situation, hoping they could simply replace the pizza. During the first call, the staff member hung up on me. I called back, and the man I spoke to was quite aggressive. He told me that I would have to come to the store to swap the pizza and that I would not receive a replacement otherwise. He then hung up the phone again. I was unable to travel to the store and felt this was unfair after paying delivery, and to be honest the interaction made me feel quite intimidated. As a result, we ended up without a pizza despite paying for the extra toppings. I am very disappointed with both the service and the quality of the food and hope this issue can be addressed.
