  Delivery driver on moped speeding around Thame without a helmet on. Rang the branch to warn them, they didnt seem interested.

  Not much to complain about, the food is always good rarely any issue and if there is it’s a small fix. The delivery drivers are polite and friendly especially the ones who have been there for a while and always seem to be speedy with their work. Only issue I ever have is when I’m in store, one of the managers is always shouting at the workers and the delivery drivers and she makes it feel uncomfortable to come in and order because of this. I wouldn’t be surprised if other customers feel the same as I have heard her speak rude towards other customers and so picking up an order in-store on my way home no longer feels like a choice I’d be willing to make over getting it delivered.

  I ordered two large veggie pizzas through online app. The app showed my order as delivered, but I wasn't received any food. There was no driver number or delivery contact provided. When I tried to call them, it was already closed. The next day, I called to report the issue. The manager was rude and unprofessional, showed a negative attitude, and instead of helping, asked me to pay more money to get the same order delivered again. They also refused to refund my money. I waited nearly three hours just to speak to someone regarding my complaint, with no resolution. This was a complete waste of time and money. Very poor service, dishonest delivery status, no accountability, and unacceptable customer treatment. I would not recommend this place. #BadService #Scam #Unprofessional

  Well, I have never had Diarrhea from pizza before, I mean it is quite a simple thing to prepare. Absolute crap, yes, it's cheap fast food, but that shouldn't mean rubbish. Bored workers who don't give a sh*t, nobody in the place, rubbish on the floor.....avoid this place like the plague and search out La Salute.

  Ordered food and did not arrive and proceeded to call the store and the staff were incredibly rude and just hung up the phone while on the app it was still saying that the pizza was on its way for over and hour. Thame dominoes sort your staff out!!
