  Very Disappointing and Suspicious Experience I visited this grocery shop yesterday around 12:30 PM to post a 12.500kg parcel using the royal mail service, which cost me £10.80. Soon after I left, I realized I had lost my bank card — and shockingly, within an hour, a £30.98 transaction was made at the same shop using my card. We returned to the shop immediately after freezing the card to inform the staff and ask for help. We explained the situation clearly and expected at least a little concern or cooperation, especially since the fraudulent transaction happened there. Instead, we were met with rudeness and dismissive behaviour. 2 male staff was working that movement & the shop wasn't so busy as well. They have a CCTV camera in the store and still haven't checked it. What's even more worrying is that we now fear something might have been taken from the parcel we posted from this same shop. The whole experience feels suspicious, and rather than assisting or even acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, they treated us poorly. This kind of response is unacceptable, especially when customers are trying to resolve a serious issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
