  Working hard or hardly working? I know Fabio was working hard keeping us feel constantly welcomed, he is very nice and approached us accordingly asking if we were needing anything. He is very heartwarming and kinds to all customers as I saw him going around and asking the other clients aswell. He is definitely the reason I’ll be returning. love to see hard working people in a place where they are rare.

  The level of incompetence here it’s unbelievable ! It’s a shame for this company to have this people work for them and also it’s a shame it’s the only one five guys from where you can order in Oxford. I already gave 1 star review on delivery and uber eats before, and I tought third time will be ok but No! Absolutely ridiculous to do mistake in 4 of 5 burgers in one order after we have waited over 1 hour and 20 min ordered via uber eats.

  Amazing customer service and friendly staff no waiting for food at all everything nice clean and good atmosphere thanks to the person with the black shirt to help me with the drinks

  Very tasty food at a great value for how big of a portion you are given. Great customer service from Omar and his colleagues, who were talkative, very efficient and friendly!
