  Always a problem with food quality or missing items and customer service wouldnt bother ordering from here Was told i didnt add deal sides yet u cannot add the deal without adding the bloody sides!!!

  The kidlington dominos store is far away from Dominos original standards. I ended up receiving an uncooked, raw and cold pizza that I was barely able to cut or even break to pieces and upon stretching the dough, ruined the cold uncooked raw doughy pizza which further gave me food poisoning and stomach ache because it was not baked well and was a raw dough causing major food poisoning. Upon calling the store to understand I further couldn’t communicate with them due to poor understanding, communication and customer service skills causing further inconvenience

  My partner suddenly felt nauseous after eating as the pizza was not breakable like a gum or cardboard cold and under cooked raw and unable to slice I am happy to return both items back and haven't touched. They are absolutely unfit to run a pizza store and make a dominos standard thick crust pizza and unable to communicate in English causing further inconvenience and confusion This store is unfit to run dominos business and delivering uncooked pizza

  This happened to me also a few months ago however it was 15 mins before closing time so was more forgiving Called me 45 mins before booking time and said sorry they’re not going to deliver because they haven’t got a driver and it would be refunded to me Said I had ordered through the rewards system so I would acc lose points / money and said I would be putting a complaint in - all of a sudden they could deliver I think whoever runs this dominos should look at whoever was working this evening because if they’ve done it to me they will do it to anyone and they are losing you money through laziness and not wanting to work

  They have gone down hill . Very bad pizza used to be great now they have given up on LIFE.
