  Burnt parsnips ,cremated stuffing which tasty foul burnt roast potatoes. How they can bring food out like this is totally disgraceful it certainly was,nt a chef who cooked this he should be ashamed of himself.staff very rude especially the older lady. Beware food ain't fit for a dog

  Dined here last night. The service was good, staff attentive and friendly but the food was not the best. I had the chicken tikka which was tasteless 4 bits of chicken over heated rice and a poppadum that was like cardboard was awful, this cost £11.99! And funnily enough i wasnt asked if everuthing was ok. My partner had the steak which was better value least he could eat his!

  Shocking quality of food Stayed in prem inn next door for 3 nights so had a meal deal here. Staff were great but the food is shockinly bad

  I had a really pleasant experience at Brewers Fayre, and a big part of that was thanks to Nicky White. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made sure everything was running smoothly, checked in at just the right times, and handled requests quickly and professionally. What stood out most was her positive attitude—she clearly cares about giving great service, and it made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. It’s not often you come across someone who strikes that perfect balance between being efficient and personable. Overall, Nicky is a real credit to the team at Brewers Fayre, and I’d happily return knowing we’d be looked after so well.

  I recently visited Brewers Fayre and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. What really stood out, though, was the service provided by Nicky. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued as customers. She checked in at just the right times without being intrusive, and her positive attitude added a personal touch to the whole visit. The food was good, but it was Nicky’s excellent service that made the experience memorable. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and goes the extra mile to ensure guests have a great time. I’d definitely return, and I hope to be served by Nicky again in the future.
