- HMHalid MahmutyazıcıoğluMay 13, 20262.0We visited The Loggia at RH England to celebrate my new job, and while the atmosphere and service were excellent, the food was honestly very disappointing. We ordered two pizzas. The truffle pizza and the sausage pizza. Unfortunately, neither of them had much flavor. We couldn’t really taste the ingredients, and the dough itself was extremely hard and dry, almost like a cracker rather than proper pizza dough. I’ve eaten pizza in many different restaurants and cities, and this was genuinely one of the most underwhelming and worst pizzas I’ve had. It honestly felt like the chefs had never tasted their own pizzas before serving them. For the sausage pizza, I requested replacing the sausage with chicken, but they added an extra £16 charge to the bill for the chicken without properly informing us beforehand. If I had known, I would have simply asked to remove the sausage instead. We also ordered the rosemary crispy potatoes. The baby potatoes were roasted but not crispy at all, and there was barely any rosemary flavor. The salad was another disappointment. The menu stated it included parmesan, but it arrived without any. When I asked, I was told the parmesan was not halal because of the production method. That information absolutely should have been communicated before ordering, not after the food arrived. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service was genuinely good, the venue itself is beautiful, and the desserts were actually fantastic. Other than coming for dessert and the ambiance, I honestly don’t think the food is worth the prices they charge.
