  Ordered on the app, ordered 2 large pizzas. 1 with pepperoni, mushrooms and onions, 1 with pepperoni, extra pepperoni and onion. Made the mistake of not checking before we left. (we live 13 miles away) 1 was right, next one was onions but no peperoni! Really annoying as we paid extra for extra peperoni. We'll make sure next time we get what we paid for!

  Staff is absolutely lovley people. Cashiers and people who doing pizza are absolutley gold. They deserve way much money for thier work. Brilliant 👌👌

  The staff and delivery team are incredibly polite and professional. I have never had a problem at this location.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this Domino’s due to the behaviour of the manager, Nilkant Kshirsagar. I politely asked him to put the medium pizza toppings onto my large pizza and leave the medium pizza without toppings. He completely ignored my request and spoke to me very rudely. When I questioned this, he said “I can’t do anything, I’ll give you a refund” without providing any explanation. I then asked him to show me the policy that prevented this, and he had no response. Instead, he simply said “I am the manager” and claimed there was no written policy or evidence to support his decision. The way I was treated felt disrespectful and discriminatory, and I was made to feel uncomfortable as a customer. This is not acceptable behaviour from someone in a management position. Very poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend this branch unless serious action is taken and staff are retrained on professionalism and customer respect.
