  Popped in for a few pints and a bite to eat as I was stopping in the premier inn opposite. Had the halloumi fries, onion rings and a chicken burger, all excellent! Staff were nice and friendly and got a seat pretty quick, good stuff !

  Super rude the duty manager named Katie turned us away and told us to go look for breakfast else where after we had booked and prepaid. They had lots of clean tables which they said was ‘dirty’ we felt very disrespected.We always enjoyed being here but this time was not good at all.

  Went for breakfast this morning, all was good apart from the attitude of one of the staff. She was staring while my 2 year old had a tantrum and was giving dirty looks and then once we were finished we picked up the food from the floor, even moving the table to get to it and cleaned up the food on the table from the toddler, however he’d eaten a muffin which had caused lots of crumbs and we had no way to pick them up. She came over as we were packing up and exclaimed “oh my god” at the mess and when I explained that we had tried to clean up what we could she just stood there giving us a dirty look. I would understand if I hadn’t tried to clean it up but it was extremely rude and unprofessional of her to cause a scene about it in front of everyone in the restaurant. Won’t be going back.

  Cash only- Although they had a telephone number and email to contact no one bothered to inform us before we arrived. Found nearest location for cash point- half a mile away. 20 minutes before we were Approached cor our order. 30 minutes waiting for food. Which was luke warm. Couldn’t wait to get out. Will not be returning any time soon. This was once a lovely restaurant. God knows whats gone wrong! Atmosphere - non existent hardly any customers in there at the time we visited
