  Considering that this is a chain sandwich shop, and all the bad things that goes with it, the thing that sets this place apart are the guys who run it. They’re efficient, and they talk to us like human beings. They’re not trying to be something they’re not, and that kind of down to earth attitude should be appreciated.

  They said they were closed even though the open sign was on and it was very much past their opening time of 7:00 (it was 8:15)

  pretty good subway location here. nice and clean, they gave me lots of lettuce which I love.

  I love subway - normally. However my most recent trip was horrendous. I walked in to see machines, one of which was not working and the other being used by another customer. Staff were hiding out of sight so could not ask to order at the counter. I finally got to the machine to find not only can I not customise certain subs to add extra salads but they do not let you ‘build your own’ anymore. I’m faffing about now, trying to find a sub that I can in face change the salad options. A whole group then come through the door, they were REFUSED service at the counter because ‘ordering at the machine was quicker’. I highly doubt this to be true when there are 3 members of staff and 1 order going through at any time due to machines not working. I then felt rushed to order as I was holding people up. My order came, the cheese bites looked manhandled and pulled apart and my sub has an obscene amount of sauce on it and I couldn’t taste the ‘double cheese’ I requested. I’m truly shocked that service was refused at the counter and quite disappointed given the staff to customer ratio. The machines work at places such as McDonald’s because they are CUSTOMISABLE not awkward, jumpy and slow to use. Please consider giving people the option to order at the counter, I can’t guarantee I will be using this branch again following my experience.
