Terrible service, staff are lazy and do not assist when dealing with packages and tell you to look for yourself. Common decency would be nice from the staff. Don’t come here

I come here regularly and usually the service is absolutely fine and seamless. I send parcels off here and receive some also. This evening (11th September, 9pm) my husband went to get two parcels for me and presented the server two codes. She proceeded to tell him he had to look through two MASSIVE boxes of parcels himself and said which codes to look for.
From the car I could see my husband on his knees sifting through no less than 20 parcels. Eventually he found one of them but the second could not be found. He asked for some help and she must’ve just said she doesn’t know or something because he just kept looking on his own while she stood at the till with no other customers in sight.
Eventually he came back to me and said he’s been told to look through the parcels himself and can’t find the second one. I came out and went into the shop and started looking myself. When this woman noticed how visibly annoyed I was, she started to look through a shelf that she had not told us we could look through as it was behind the counter.
She asked me again for the code and lo and behold it was on the shelves that we as customers did not have access to. This was absolutely appalling behaviour from her. I can sympathise with how many parcels there are, but that is simply her job to manage and provide them to customers. 30 minutes was wasted because she genuinely could not be asked to do her job.
This is a staple shop for me so I will be still coming here, but best believe I will not be served by her again if I can avoid it.
Very disappointing customer service.

They don’t actually accept yodel parcels thats a lie so vinted has more to push them for. they run out of label stickers all the time. The staff aren’t very nice and it just looks like a warehouse very cluttered.
