I would not recommend getting any parcels dropped off or picked up here. I have had two separate experiences now where I’ve been told my parcel hasn’t been delivered, and though this can sometimes be unavoidable, the staff are so rude and unhelpful. There’s a larger man in there who is specifically very rude every time I’ve been. He said he ‘couldn’t be bothered’ to type the tracking details into the machine because it would ‘take too long’, and proceeded to huff and puff when I was trying to figure out what other information to give him. He also snapped at me when I said the parcel was from Etsy, because he was asking me the courier details not where I ordered from, which was a simple mistake and did not warrant him losing patience over such a small thing. Also considering it was the very first question he had asked me.
Two other staff members are also very unhelpful, one of which telling me I had put the name on my parcel as ‘Royal Mail Customer’ and said that they wouldn’t be able to find my parcel because of this. I showed her the reference with my name on it, and I asked very politely why I would do that, and that it was clearly a default name on the tracking information. But even so, they made very little effort to find it for me, and told me to just come back the next day even though I had confirmation of delivery on my phone, and the QR code scanned through just fine and said it was ready to collect.
Overall, they’re really rude, unhelpful, and they don’t seem to have a grasp on the whole parcel process.

Constant issues with this place regarding parcels, 6 have mysteriously gone missing on 4 separate occasions via Evri/Vinted over the last few months. Needs investigating.

What a waste of time, paid for parcel to be send and the unhelpful guy refused to take it. Don't use this place. Evri is the worst delivery company ever.
