  The team were really helpful to rectify a problem with a delivery order we placed which had a mistake in the address (our fault). They didn't have to do anything, but went above and beyond to resolve this the next day. Great customer service.

  Poor service, rang and made an order, informed it would be 30-40 mins as busy. Rang back as order hadn't been delivered after an hour, to be informed that it had been delivered, then informed there was no order taken(even though money had been taken and amount confirmed), then informed they would re-do my order and it would be 20 mins max, 2 hours later and order still hadn't been delivered.

  Waited 90 minutes for a Pizza. Would not order from here again. Better off using the Pizza Cafe
