  Ordered a chicken and pesto pizza. What arrived was a chicken pizza — no pesto, no explanation, no apology. They ran out of an ingredient, quietly dropped it, and sent the order out anyway like I wouldn't notice. I called to complain. They offered two options: a replacement pizza, or a free one added to my Domino's rewards. The same rewards system that had already failed earlier that evening when I was trying to place the order. So their solution to messing up my pizza was to offer me credit on a platform that demonstrably doesn't work — presumably hoping I'd take it and never actually be able to use it. The whole experience is a lesson in how not to handle a customer. Don't silently drop ingredients. Don't offer vouchers on broken systems as compensation. And don't act like any of this is acceptable.

  After ringing and ringing to see where my order was , they picked up , it will be 2 mins he’s around the corner , safe to say after standing outside for 15 mins no food came , they charged me but get refunded through uber thankfully . Safe to say I won’t be using this site ever again.

  Ordered a pizza couple weeks ago, when my order arrived the dough was literally uncooked and mushy. Complained to dominoes and they said to call up next time and get a free pizza. I called dominoes today to order for myself and the guy on the phone was doing absolutely anything but listening, he was being so rude and saying that no I have to pay then saying it’s free and saying I have to pay again, then he said I can pick the same pizza I got last time but I got told I could get whatever I wanted.. the guy ended up putting the phone down on me and being very rude and ignorant. Don’t believe them when they try to be “ nice “ and act like they have good customer service.

  Delivery driver on moped speeding around Thame without a helmet on. Rang the branch to warn them, they didnt seem interested.

  Not much to complain about, the food is always good rarely any issue and if there is it’s a small fix. The delivery drivers are polite and friendly especially the ones who have been there for a while and always seem to be speedy with their work. Only issue I ever have is when I’m in store, one of the managers is always shouting at the workers and the delivery drivers and she makes it feel uncomfortable to come in and order because of this. I wouldn’t be surprised if other customers feel the same as I have heard her speak rude towards other customers and so picking up an order in-store on my way home no longer feels like a choice I’d be willing to make over getting it delivered.
