  For the past five weeks, this restaurant has had no beef products available. Unfortunately, there is no advance warning before you enter the drive-through queue. The only indication is a handwritten note taped above the ordering microphone, which isn't visible until you reach the front of the queue. By that point, you're already committed and can't easily leave. To make matters worse, the drive-through menu boards still predominantly advertise beef products. Unless you know the menu well, it's difficult to quickly choose an alternative chicken-based meal while you're placing your order. If this shortage is expected to continue, it would be far more customer-friendly to display a clear sign at the entrance to the drive-through or in the car park, so customers can make an informed decision before joining the queue. The menu boards should also be updated to reflect the products that are actually available.

  Apparently their beef patty machine was broken so no beef products available. Had a chicken burger. It was very salty. Unaccompanied kids were running about making a lot of noise, sorted to be no effort from staff to written them down a bit. I know kids need to burn off energy but they had the run of the whole restaurant.

  I don't expect much from BK, but standards at this branch seem to be below the norm. I've used the drive through quite a few times and have often been disappointed. From dry, burnt burgers to raw chips; the final straw last week was no beef burgers!

  I’ve been to the drive through twice this month and they dont have any beef so I left with nothing :-)

  Regularly pop in to get a meal for my son. He always enjoys it, freshly cooked and well presented. I have to give a mention to a fabulous member of staff who is incredibly welcoming and provides great customer service always. Hannah. Hannah recognises me as a regular and will always greet me with a friendly smile and great hospitality. If there’s an award for employee of the month she should definitely get it. All in all I would definitely recommend a visit to Thame Burger King.
